By accessing or using FieldSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

FieldSync is intended for legitimate field operations, data collection, and team management. You may not use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, or to collect data without proper consent from participants.

You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the software. Automated scraping, impersonation, and attempts to bypass security measures are strictly prohibited.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

FieldSync is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam.
